We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Pyha ski resort. The location was perfect, right on the slopes, allowing us to easily access the ski runs. The hotel staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were great, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our room. Additionally, the breakfast was simply delicious, and we enjoyed it while taking in the magnificent view of the valley.

The hotel was conveniently located near the business area and a shopping mall. The staff was polite and helpful in arranging transportation for us. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a good air conditioning system.

This hotel has a great location, situated on the edge of the ski resort, and within easy access to the ski slopes. the rooms are clean, although a bit basic, and the bathrooms are functional. the breakfast is quite alright, with a fairly good selection of items. the gym looked okay, and there's also a hot tub and sauna for relaxation. there's a nice hiking path starting from the hotel backyard, which is definitely worth exploring.

The service could be better, at times it feels a bit robotic, and impersonal.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the breathtaking surroundings of Pyha ski resort. The value for money is exceptional, with reasonable prices for the comfortable rooms with beautiful views. The staff are attentive and the service is top-notch. Our room even had an extra bed for our daughter, allowing us to enjoy the stunning scenery together. The highlight for us was the breakfast, which was served with a magnificent view that made every morning feel like a special occasion.

Had a great Xmas break! Location was perfect, right next to ski school and slopes, with bus stop just outside the door. Really enjoyed the views of the stunning scenery, and the breakfast was good with plenty of selection. the rooms were comfortable and the gym was a great extra.

The rooms lacked basic amenities, no air-con or fridge, and it was difficult to fill water bottles from the tap. the lack of tea and coffee making facilities was also disappointing.
